Every so often I wonder what I could sell online to make money. Despite numerous googles over the months, I never found a reference that really answered my question, until I found this book. Product selection is the key to online success and this is what Ms. Brown tells you how to accomplish. Her four step formula for identifying products which will work for YOU is a must read. She stresses that the product and you must be a fit and she tells you what criteria are important in finding a fit. In fact, her process ensures a fit will happen. Too many people start with a product idea and then try to make everything work around that; then they find that they can't sell it at a profit. As I am reading people are poppping in my head that I wanted to share this amazing publication with. My children included. I have been in business of some kind from home for over 31 years, and self-employed for the last 20. My early career was managing multi-million dollar annual business, that required detail and profits. Karen outlines a system, that when used, works specifically for each individual, as we all have personal likes and dislikes, and system still maintains the integrity of profit for all. You will not have to guess how to make money after reading this, just execute the plan and follow the system you wish to implement. She provides a lot of examples from her personal experiences and doesn't sugar coat the challenges associated with being a seller. The book also has a healthy dose of you-can-do-it, cheering-you-on, comments throughout, which is probably a good thing for would-be sellers wanting to make a go of it alone. I particularly liked the section of the book that listed the categories for selling and their rankings in terms of sales on Amazon. The ambitious and excited individual can read this book in just a few hours and be well equipped to get started right away. This is also a good book to add the entrepreneur's library. |
